Our Teachers

Sarah Murley-Hauser,  Director

Inspired by her first violin teacher, Heidi Behrenbruch, Sarah has been driven by a desire to deliver excellent music  lessons to all her students. She completed her Bachelor of Music under the teachings of Katherine Rapoport and Annalee Patipatanikoon at the University of Toronto.  Sarah's extensive teacher development continues to take her all over North America and inspires her to offer excellence and invite a love of music within her students.

Since 2012, Sarah's studio has grown into the Willowdale School of Music.  She is looking forward to many years of growth and music-making fun in North York.

When she is not playing, Sarah enjoys walks with her husband and dog, reading, and baking bread.
