Clara's teaching experience ranges between private studios and volunteer organizations. She has taught at studios throughout Mississauga and Etobicoke, as well as with Musical Minds Community Outreach, a student-run volunteer group at the University of Toronto which provides free music lessons to children from low-income families in Toronto. She has an unshakeable lifelong love for music. Clara holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Toronto, majoring in Criminology with a double minor in Sociology and History.
A firm believer in positive reinforcement and individualized lesson plans, Clara's teaching method tailors to each and every child's unique personality, likes and dislikes, and learning style. Clara's lessons are full of fun, engaging activities as well as enthusiastic encouragement for students to pursue their personal musical interests.
Outside of the music studio, Clara enjoys photography, skating, baking, and spending time with her grumpy rescue cat Miss Honey.
